Pastor Don and Mary Curry

Pastor Don and Mary Curry, native to Northern New York, both accepted positions in NNY after completing their University training.   Don accepted an Engineering position with General Motors in Massena in 1981, and Mary started her career serving several St. Lawrence County school districts in 1980.  In November of 1987 Don left GM and began serving at NTC.  In 1994 NTC sent out an apostolic team to start a church in Williamsburg, VA, and since that time Pastor Don and Mary have been the Pastoral Team Leaders.  NTC has helped plant or adopt six churches since Don became the team leader, three international and three in the states.  In addition to helping in ministry, Mary continues to work part time as a Special Needs teacher in the Massena School District.  Don and Mary have four children: Nathan, Evan, Meghan and Dane.

Rod & Fern Douglas

Rod and Fern were born and raised in Northern New York. Rod taught thirty five years in the public school system; teaching seventh grade science and AP Biology. Together they raised a severally physically and mentally handicapped son, Alex and two daughters, Molly and Heidi. They have two grandsons, Jayden and Jonas. They began attending NTC in 1992 and began serving in the small group ministry. In 2000 they became part of the eldership team, and upon Rod retiring they came on as part time staff in 2007. They oversee R.T.F. (Restoring The Foundations), lead a team monthly to minister to the mentally disabled, and Rod is Coordinator of Compassion North's trips to Utica. They believe in wholeness and individual healing in all aspects of life.

Ron and Linda Hurlbut

Ron and Linda have played a crucial part in NTC's history since the beginning in 1980 when Pastor Tom Wells and them came from Madrid to plant a church in Massena. They have served over the past 30 years on the eldership team. Linda has worked as the church's accountant and administrator since 1980 to 2011. Ron owned his own farm for many years and upon selling it in 2002 came on full time at the church as our Director over church property and the head of intercessory prayer. They raised two children Matthew and Michelle, and now have a total of seven grandchildren, all of which still come and serve the work that God is doing in NTC and the massena area.
